Good on ya, Roy Hodgson

We would like to extend a special welcome to Roy Hodgson. The Fulham manager is obviously an avid FootyFactor reader. Barely days after we posted an article proclaiming Damien Duff to be the steal of the summer, the Fulham manager snapped up the wily Irish winger for a bargain price of £4 million. Good on ya, Roy. And while you’re at it, Fulham could do with another striker as backup to Bobby Zamora. May we make another suggestion? In fact a former teammate of Duff’s who also could do with a comeback…Mark Viduka.  Although we assume no responsibility if the bulk orders of meat pies and Vegemite go missing from the club canteen.

I wonder who else we can get off FootyFactor?

   haha…good one FootyFactor. Except Roy paid 4 mill for duff whereas you’ve gone for a 3 mill valuation.

   Forget a back-up to Zamora. Roy, you need a replacement for Zamora. He’s only ever been good at Brighton.
